As a Governance Associate, you will play a critical role in providing expert governance and corporate secretarial support to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing governance and corporate secretarial support to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006
  • Assisting with board meeting preparations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper documentation
  • Advising on corporate governance issues, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the company with annual compliance, filings, and other corporate governance activities across subsidiaries
Requirements
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Chartered Secretary with at least 2 years of experience in-house or in a professional services firm
  • Extensive knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance practices
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
