Self-Employed Owner Driver Opportunity

We're seeking a reliable and experienced van delivery driver to join our team as a self-employed owner driver. As a self-employed owner driver, you'll have the freedom to manage your own business and work independently, while still benefiting from the support and resources of a large and established company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver parcels and packages to customers across the UK
  • Manage your own route and schedule to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of parcels
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including a 3.5T long wheel-based van
  • Meet the demands of multi-drop delivery with parcels weighing at least 30kg
Requirements:
  • Own or intend to hire a 3.5T long wheel-based van, fitted with reversing camera or sensor
  • Personal vehicle insurance which must cover the carriage of goods for hire and reward, and emergency breakdown cover
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Valid business insurances, including: £5 million Public Liability, £5 million Employers Liability, and £25,000 Goods in Transit
  • A smart appearance and full PPE always including steel toecap boots
  • Good level of fitness to meet the demands of multi-drop delivery
  • Ability to pass a basic CRB check and Right to Work checks
