Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and guests simultaneously.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Collaborate with the bar and lounge team to ensure seamless service and a high-quality experience for our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
