Supported Living Service Lead

Glenholme is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Service Lead to join our team at Warwick Manor, a CQC Outstanding rated service.

As a Supported Living Service Lead, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities. You will work closely with a team of Support Workers to ensure the smooth running of the service and the well-being of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the supported living environment.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to a team of Support Workers.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and service delivery.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of personalized care plans and action plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the service is prepared for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards of care and support.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the healthcare sector, particularly with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • A compassionate and empathetic nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in supported living.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
