We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Leicester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of community.
