Job SummaryOur planting and delivery team works closely with our sales and nursery teams to fulfill orders across the UK, delivering and planting large specimen trees in various sites, from country estates to town homes, RHS show gardens to commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing trees for dispatch and loading/unloading vehicles
- Completing Risk Assessments and operating heavy machinery and equipment (training provided)
- Planting trees, shrubs, and hedging, and staking, guying, and tying trees
- Irrigation system installation and engaging with clients or their representatives
- Filling in and submitting paperwork and providing support to other teams as needed
We are seeking an excellent team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who is logical, good at paperwork, organized, and personable. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, have initiative, and an excellent work ethic, and be willing to learn.
RequirementsCandidates should have experience in horticulture, landscaping, or tree planting, and be willing to undergo training in heavy machinery and HGV operation. Physical fitness and flexibility to manage varied schedules are essential.
