As the C&S division continues to grow, we are seeking a driven Lead Engineer to oversee and direct projects within the Power sector as part of this expanding team.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project execution and will be enthusiastic about guiding junior engineers and technicians in both technical design and project oversight.

A comprehensive understanding of project delivery concerning quality, budget, and timeline is crucial, with a strong preference for experience in the power industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute single- and/or multi-disciplinary projects adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Lead infrastructure design efforts across a variety of project scales
  • Guide, mentor, and develop engineers, technicians, graduates, and apprentices
  • Contribute to the broader development of the C&S (Power team) department's capabilities
Qualifications
  • HNC/HND in Civil Engineering and/or a recognized Civil Engineering Degree
  • Professional membership of a relevant organization (ICE, APM, CIHT, IHE, etc.), or actively pursuing this
  • Proven experience in managing project delivery
  • Skilled and proficient in leading project teams
  • Technically adept in Infrastructure design and coordination
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
