Lead a Team of Childcare Professionals

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Room Manager to lead a team of childcare professionals in our Toddler room. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and stimulating learning activities for toddlers in line with the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Create and implement engaging and stimulating learning activities for toddlers.
  • Observe and assess individual children's needs and develop personalized learning plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth running and positive environment for all children.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and safety within the room.
  • Support children with SEND needs.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or above.
  • Proven experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting.
  • In-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high quality care.
