This opportunity as a Senior Treasury Clerk will be best suited for somebody with experience in real estate and property management. The role offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Download bank statements, organize receipts, and reconcile the primary receipts account.
  • Process transactions using debit card receipts and post receipts from the web portal.
  • Set up direct debits for lessees and address their requests.
  • Handle ad-hoc re-allocations, lessee refunds, and tenant direct debit inquiries.
  • Investigate missing payments based on business inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in real estate, ideally in block management.
  • Experience working on property management systems such as Qube, Reapit, Yardi, BLOCKS, Horizon, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
