About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Buy It Direct. As a key member of our delivery and installation operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and securing products onto our vans for delivery to customers
  • Conducting pre-delivery checks to ensure all necessary tools and equipment are on board
  • Delivering products to customers' homes and completing installations, including electrical work and fitting of built-in appliances
  • Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the delivery and installation process
  • Collating proof of delivery and completing administrative tasks as required
  • Working with the team to sort and offload returns, old appliances, and packaging at the depot
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • No significant accidents in the past 5 years
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
  • Polite and engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Practical skills and ability to lift and manoeuvre large appliances
  • Ability to manage each installation through to completion
