Job Title: Principal Pipelines Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Pipelines Engineer to join our team and support our worldwide projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in pipeline design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering design activities for onshore and offshore rigid pipelines in all phases of the project, from concept selection to execution.
  • Lead and direct a team of discipline engineers and designers, ensuring the quality of pipeline work and managing man hours of discipline resources.
  • Supervise, review, and check pipeline activities, including philosophies, specifications, routing studies, mechanical design, and stress analysis.
  • Support CAD designers in the execution of layouts and project pipeline drawings.
Requirements:
  • Working experience in the Oil and Gas industry with respect to rigid offshore and onshore pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software such as DNVGL pipelines design suite (SESAM pipeline package, PET, AutoPipe, SAGE Profile, AGA) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of software such as Ansys, ABAQUS, and Orcaflex is desirable.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
Qualifications:

Ideally, a degree qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline such as Pipeline Engineering, Subsea Pipeline Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
