Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team at Astute People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of wind turbine systems across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to achieve the highest health and safety and quality standards, including risk assessment and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide technical input during the project development phase, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project costs and manage budgets to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Produce project programmes, site layout drawings, and other necessary technical documents to support project delivery.
- Experience in delivering onshore wind, construction, or civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to travel to UK sites, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support project delivery.
- Must be within an hour's drive of Wadebridge, Cornwall, or willing to relocate to support project delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
