Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Configure Data Environments: Architect and design data environments with appropriate controls and governance to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Integrate and Model Data Sets: Design, model, and integrate data sets with defined data loading mechanisms aligned to business requirements and service level agreements.
  • Implement Data Access Control: Design and implement an end-to-end data access control mechanism that provides raw and column-level access permissions based on user profiles and types.
  • Develop Self-Service Data Assets: Design and build self-service data assets and provide training to business data users to design and build their own data dashboards and reports.
  • Design and Build Dashboards and Reports: Design and build commonly used dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Architect Embedding and Access Patterns: Architect and design embedding and access patterns for external and internal use cases.
  • Define Reporting Standards: Define standards and best practices in reporting solutions to ensure consistency and quality.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate can be based from one of our offices. As a Data Architect at ZipRecruiter, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of innovative data solutions.
