About the Role

As our Senior Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Product Experience in setting the strategic direction for our testing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Efficiency through Automation: Leverage your expertise in continuous improvement initiatives to drive the transition from manual to automated testing, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual testing efforts.
  • Elevate User Experiences: Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality objectives and establish metrics for measuring success, ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards before release.
  • Improve Testing Strategies: Continuously improve testing strategies and practices, ensuring processes are reliable, repeatable, and efficient.
Requirements
  • Testing Expertise: A strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development processes.
  • Automation Experience: Experience in automating manual testing processes and proficiency in test automation using Cypress' Gherkin syntax.
  • Leadership Skills: A track record of successful strategy implementation in a high-performing team, demonstrating your ability to drive improvements in the development lifecycle and support and mentor others.
