Job Title: Digital Media Services Technician

Job Summary:

The Digital Media Services Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of the Trust's Digital Media Services customer base and projects. The role will involve providing comprehensive support of trust-wide Multi Disciplinary Meetings (MDMs) and Multi Disciplinary Teaching (MDTs), as well as event management and technical coordination for VIP events and full broadcasts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering digital media projects and managing change
  • Providing digital media services, including video conferencing, audio visual services, and integrated bookings solutions
  • Managing CINOS third-party Teams integration end-point networks
  • Technical coordination for VIP events and full broadcasts
  • Implementing new video conferencing and audio visual solutions and venues
  • Event production and support, including live surgical and clinical events

Requirements:

  • Delivering digital media projects and managing change
  • Expertise and experience of providing digital media services, including video conferencing, audio visual services, and integrated bookings solutions
  • Experience integrating audio visual solutions with clinical imaging and video
  • In-depth experience in the provision of digital media services, including audio visual, video conferencing, integrated bookings solutions, and administration services
  • Auditorium and venue maintenance and management
  • Integrated control systems, including Crestron/AMX solutions
  • Digital media/audio visual switching and matrices solutions
  • AV over IP, including Spot Cams
  • Visual/imaging/display devices, including projection, LCD/LED/plasma, and intelligent whiteboard devices
