Mechanical Project Manager

RGB Network is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. As an HVAC Specialist Contractor, they have established a strong presence in the industry, and this role will play a crucial part in their continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing and pipefitting, with experience in managing mechanical projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects valued between £50,000 and £1.5 million, primarily focusing on commercial refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-construction procurement process for subcontract and equipment packages
- Technical submission process
- Technical review and RFI process
- Production of health and safety documentation
- Full management of the construction stage, working closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
- Full management of the commissioning and handover process
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, along with a range of benefits, including:
