Year 1/2 Class Teacher Opportunity

We are working with a primary school in Suffolk to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1/2 Class Teacher to join their team in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to students in Year 1 and 2.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Comply with the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Recent experience as a Year 1/2 Teacher in a primary school.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
