Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Lead, you will collaborate with Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates to ensure effective delegation of tasks and adherence to client timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly reviewing complex US Corporate and Partnership tax returns.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional and personal development.
  • Coordinating with support staff to ensure timely billing and payment of invoices.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably gained in a Big 4 or specialized firm serving international clients.
  • Experience with Private Equity and/or Venture Capital Funds is advantageous.
  • US CPA qualification or equivalent is preferred; at least an Enrolled Agent certification is required.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
