Exceptional Opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator

Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking a well-spoken and well-presented Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual to work with a unique company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members
  • Following office procedures and policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs and targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering applicants and attending viewings
  • All pre- and post-follow-up for appointments conducted
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
  • Ad hoc valuations

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months experience
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Target-driven and ambitious
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
