Senior Data Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our clients' data strategies and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data transformation roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive solutioning for complex deals involving multiple service lines and domains.
  • Provide oversight and advice to junior data architects on data model design and metadata management.
  • Ensure data architecture standards are met and maintained across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Valid SC clearance.
  • Experience in cloud transformation engagements.
  • Solid experience in Talend.
  • Strategic thinking around data architecture, governance, innovation, modeling, standards, communication, analysis, and synthesis.
  • Experience in complex deal solutioning and technology leadership in complex projects and programs.
