- Stay up-to-date with local and national planning policy changes, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in town planning, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Degree-qualified in Town Planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of planning principles and practices.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to client sites and meetings.
