Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and committed Training Manager to oversee and manage all food and food safety training within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all training programs are delivered to the highest standards, and that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food safety and quality assurance
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures related to food safety and quality assurance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their skills and performance
