About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Capricorn-International. As a Self-Employed Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on protection insurance and mortgage financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our mortgage advisers to generate new business opportunities and identify secondary needs.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the UK protection insurance market to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Manage a team of Capricorn advisers who will be your introducers, working with them to receive great leads and deliver great results.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the UK protection insurance market or similar.
  • Ability to account manage a team of Capricorn advisers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
