Job Title: Building Services Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical building services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Engineering Shift Team in the completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment.
  • Produce monthly reports to support site operations and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Report all activity and incidents to the Senior Critical Engineering Lead.
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to and maintain accurate documentation associated with electrical aspects of PPM and plant.

Requirements:

  • MUST have an Electrical Bias background.
  • Previous experience with HV and Critical Environments.
  • Additional training will be provided, including LVAP, HVAP, Mechanical AP, and Confirmed Spaces AP, which will lead to additional salary once trained and appointed.
  • Looking to grow and progress within this role.
