NPI Engineer - Automotive Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our Technical Team in the automotive industry. As a manufacturer of high-precision components, we are experiencing a period of growth and need to bolster our engineering team to meet the demands of our global OEM customers.

  • Coordinate and support improvement projects to increase quality output and efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on status and quality reports, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Support the procurement of new tools for projects and production, driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Liaise with the sales department to expand customer markets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong quality documentation skills, including PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA. Experience in project management in NPI or prototype manufacturing is highly desirable.
