About the Role
DAS UK Group is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in our Bedwas office. Our claims department is a key part of our market-leading legal expenses insurance provision, and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of claims, focusing on providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Oversee the customer experience throughout the claim lifecycle, from initial contact to investigating evidence and making informed decisions on claims outcomes, demonstrating empathy and compassion throughout.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to our clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in DAS products and policies to assess and identify claims, and manage appointments of litigators and solicitors as needed.
About You
We are looking for a Claims Handler who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. You will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
