Job Overview:

Pin Point Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our clients team. As a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that public and private grounds are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, and planting.
  • Operate a range of grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and in good working order.
  • Manage your schedule effectively, traveling between multiple sites and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role.
  • Ability to use a variety of grounds maintenance tools and machinery.
  • Full UK driving license required due to the mobile nature of the role.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices in grounds maintenance.
