About the Role

Oxygen Conservation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our estate management and conservation efforts in Scotland. As the Head of Estates and Land Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our properties, land, and natural resources in Scotland, with a focus on conservation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership across our Scottish estates, including line management of our Estate Ranger at Invergeldie.
  • Estate Management: Ensure effective management of our properties, land, and assets, including agricultural land, historic buildings, and natural resources in Scotland.
  • Project Management: Project manage small and medium-sized work programmes, both conservation and property, managing site budgets, grant applications, and contractors.
  • Community Engagement: Build meaningful partnerships with local communities, neighbours, and contractors to preserve and enhance the environment.
  • Financial Management: Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and manage financial aspects of estate management.

Our goal is to deploy capital to protect and restore 250,000 acres of land by 2030.
