Job Description

Our client, a leading Oil & Gas operator based in Aberdeen, is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their team on a contract basis initially. Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor with a Oil and Gas background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and implement effective internal audit programs to ensure the company's risk management and governance framework is robust and compliant.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and implemented.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure audit objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
