We are seeking a highly skilled Buildings Acoustic Consultant to join our client's team in central London. As a key member of the architectural and design consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering acoustic solutions for various projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct noise surveys and assessments
- Develop and implement acoustic solutions using noise modeling software
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
- Carry out project administration and attend design meetings
- Liaise with clients and industry contacts to ensure successful project delivery
- Relevant commercial experience in acoustic consultancy, preferably in architectural acoustics
- Degree qualification in Acoustics or a closely related field
- Up-to-date knowledge of British standards surrounding noise and vibration, and UK building regulations practice
- Membership of the Institute of Acoustics
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in report writing
- Driving license
