IT Service Desk Manager

Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join one of the country's most successful telecoms businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service Desk function, leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and coach the Service Desk team to achieve high performance standards
- Owning Major Incident Management and Change Management processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet customer contractual requirements
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one reviews to monitor progress and drive performance
- Work with the team to review capability, identify knowledge gaps, and implement training and development plans
- Manage suppliers, attend supplier meetings, and support supplier service improvement activities
- Monthly reporting on SLA performance, risks, and issues, as well as service improvement initiatives
- 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays)
