Category Development Manager (12 Month Contract)

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for driving category growth and excellence through building strong relationships with key customers. You will lead the development and delivery of short- and long-term customer category strategies, leveraging category growth insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall development and delivery of customer category strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ownership of seasonal range delivery with customers, including reporting, thought-leadership, and identifying future growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of category growth drivers and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and excellence, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform category growth strategies and drive business results.
