About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our service, supporting our staff team and the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the staff team and individuals we support
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
- Work towards a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
- Cover sleep in sessions and be part of the On Call rota

Requirements
