Role Summary

Reporting to the International Payroll Manager, this role plays a crucial part in managing payrolls across various international regions, including the UK and EMEA. You'll be a key point of contact for all payroll-related matters within these regions, ensuring accurate and timely processing while adhering to local legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for several UK entities, providing support to EMEA regions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting payroll processes with additional checks and analysis.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of robotics automation within payroll operations.
  • Assist in yearly processes such as RSU administration, year-end reporting, benefit renewals, and payroll calendar management for international payrolls.
  • Provide regular updates to the Payroll Manager on the progress of UK end-to-end payroll processes and occasional payment processing for EMEA regions.
  • Manage stakeholder requests for the UK region through Zendesk, ensuring the FAQ is up-to-date and reflects any changes.
  • Actively participate in team projects focused on process improvement and year-end tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in a UK country payroll role.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in PC applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ADP Freedom, ADP iHCM, ADP Streamline, and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of EMEA payrolls is an advantage.
  • Fluent English language skills.
