About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Liberty Wines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of warehouse tasks, including stock replenishment, picking, packing, and loading pallets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Perform stock replenishment and placement, execute stock picking using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems, and receive and document incoming stock on WMS.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct storage and rotation of stock as per WMS guidelines, ensure accuracy of documentation for loaded or unloaded goods, and assist in warehouse inventory controls using handheld scanners.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including equipment upkeep, and adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient operations by following operational procedures, rules, and schedules, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Warehouse Management Team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Uphold service standards, continuously improve work processes, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist who has a proven track record of working in similar roles utilizing a WMS system. You should have a demonstrated ability as a team player with a positive attitude, excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and plan your own workload effectively.
