Job Description

Behaviour Mentor Role

We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support our excellent schools across the UK. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored education for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with challenging behaviour, mental health needs, autism, severe learning difficulties, and mobility needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting self-esteem and confidence
  • Contribute to a supportive learning environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Satisfactory references covering the last 24 months
