Job Title: Registration Officer Applications

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Officer Applications. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for ensuring that planning applications are properly assessed and registered within a maximum of three days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and register planning applications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Notify applicants of incomplete or invalid applications, providing clear instructions on how to rectify the issue.
  • Process refunds and return incomplete applications to applicants within 28 days of initial request.
  • Regularly review and update web-pages to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent level of qualification or experience.
  • Minimum of one year's general office/admin experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
