Planning Applications Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Officer Applications. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for ensuring that planning applications are properly assessed and registered within a maximum of three days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and register planning applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Notify applicants of incomplete or invalid applications, providing clear instructions on how to rectify the issue.
- Process refunds and return incomplete applications to applicants within 28 days of initial request.
- Regularly review and update web-pages to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
- GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent level of qualification or experience.
- Minimum of one year's general office/admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
