We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our corporate team, you will work closely with our respected Partner and Head of Corporate to develop your skills and expertise in corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate matters with technical competence and confidence
• Develop a broad commercial understanding and a practical approach to corporate law
• Work as part of a larger team on heavy transactions and develop expertise in business development and client retention
• Contribute to the growth and success of our corporate team

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a progressive Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire. Requirements:

• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Technical competence and confidence in handling corporate matters
• Broad commercial understanding and a practical approach to corporate law
• Ability to work as part of a larger team on heavy transactions
