Skilled Careers is collaborating with a prominent Tier One Main Contractor that is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Lead Estimator to enhance the Estimating team across various prestigious projects.

The primary responsibility involves meticulously preparing the financial components of proposals and generating estimates for suitable projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The overarching objective is to produce profitable, low-risk, successful bids punctually and to the highest standards, offering estimating services for projects and strategic contract modifications.

The Lead Estimator will engage in both Residential and Commercial Projects ranging from £20m to £200m+.

Working from their office, the role requires a candidate who can demonstrate commercial insight and possesses a robust understanding or a willingness to learn all facets of the construction process.

We are looking for a Lead Estimator with experience in a UK Main Contractor environment.
