About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Butternut Box. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product testing on incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Monitor and trend product quality, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Investigate non-conformances, including incidents, analytical testing, audits, and customer complaints, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Ensure new products, processes, and equipment are smoothly integrated into our operations and are fully supported by our Quality Management System.
Requirements
  • Previous QA Lead experience is essential.
  • A proven track record of QA, systems management, or HACCP in food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of production and packing processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
