Job Description

At ASSYSTEM, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical projects and drive innovation in our Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement cohesive design integration strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine architectural frameworks and navigate technical and project risks.
  • Conduct optioneering assessments and design risk assessments to ensure robust project planning.
  • Support integrated technical management by developing breakdown structures and providing strategic resource level recommendations.
  • Apply cutting-edge systems engineering best practices to elevate team capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Develop and propose innovative Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches for streamlined processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical project management skills.
  • Experience with systems engineering best practices.
  • Ability to navigate technical and project risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
