This is an exciting opportunity to join BMS Performance as a Territory Sales Manager, where you will play a key role in driving commercial revenue and building strong relationships with customers in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a range of innovative medical equipment and consumables to hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users, procurement directors, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
- Experience selling medical devices or equipment to hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- An entrepreneurial attitude and keen account management skills
- Full driving licence
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £35,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped OTE - top performer earned £20k last year
- Benefits: 25 days holidays, fully expensed hybrid car, pension, healthcare option
Location
The Territory Sales Manager role covers South Wales and south west England, including the surrounding areas.
