About the Role:
The Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and support services are provided to enable individuals to remain in their own homes, living a fulfilled life that respects their diversity, culture, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the highest quality care support services in a hands-on way.
- Manage the distribution of care assistants responding to service delivery issues as they arise.
- Assist with the induction and training of care workers within the company.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate individual support and assessment procedures within your area of responsibility.
- Communicate with customers, their families, and other care professionals.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as a care coordinator, as a supervisor, or other role within a care providing organization.
- Proficiency in the English language, together with excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of legislation concerns with care provision.
