About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our Christmas Support Team as a Temporary Stock Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stock is processed quickly and efficiently, meeting deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of store.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
