Creative Concept Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Sadler Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for various marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Concept Development: Create innovative and engaging visual content for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
- Project Management: Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Brand Guidelines: Contribute to the continuous improvement of brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Commercial Design Experience: Detailed experience in a commercial design or creative agency.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a timeline of experience and progression of skills and abilities in Graphic Design.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Animation, Video production, or related field.
The assessment process will consist of two stages: an initial conversation with the Lead Manager and a test day in the studio to assess skillsets.
