Legal Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property Department in Bournemouth.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including audio typing and word processing.
  • Produce accurate and professionally presented documentation.
  • Meet and greet clients, dealing with initial queries and managing diaries.

Requirements:

  • Legal secretarial experience, particularly in conveyancing, with knowledge of the Land Registry.
  • Experience in commercial property is desirable but not essential.
  • Fast and accurate audio typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
