Production Wirer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Wirer to join our client's team in Winchester. As a Production Wirer, you will be responsible for working on the shop floor, reporting to the Production Supervisor, and performing various tasks related to wiring and soldering decorative lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wiring and soldering decorative lighting products
• Working with hand tools and equipment
• Following engineering drawings and specifications
• Meeting tight time schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in wiring and electrical work
• Experience working in a production environment
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

What We Offer:

• Monday to Friday schedule
• 8:30am to 4:45pm working hours
• £12.60 per hour (increasing to £13.15 per hour upon permanent hire)

Interview Process:

Candidates will be required to demonstrate their wiring skills during the interview process. You will be shown how to wire a standard UK plug prior to the interview.
