We are seeking a confident and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Bury. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and support. You will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in a mental health setting and be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
