We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at North Cowra Children's Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

About the Role

  • You will hold a Diploma qualification in Children's Services and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
