Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The primary focus of this position is to administer Clinical Therapy treatments, particularly Laser therapies, in a consultative and professional manner. It is crucial to conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans. You will collaborate with the Senior Management Team to enhance business growth within the therapy division, focusing on both treatment and retail sales. As a Lead Practitioner, you will guide fellow therapists in adhering to treatment protocols and achieving performance targets. A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 is essential.
General Duties:
- Maintain current knowledge of treatments and products.
- Prepare in advance for clinic schedules.
- Meet targets established within the KPI framework.
- Provide coverage for staff absences and adapt to business needs.
- Exhibit professionalism and presentability at all times.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism consistently.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee and achieve sales targets for yourself and your team in alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the recruitment process for therapists, ensuring their onboarding and continuous training are current.
- Inspire therapists to engage in cross-selling, upselling, and patient retention strategies.
- Optimize productivity while minimizing resource wastage.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to CQC standards.
- Conduct necessary audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Keep clinical systems updated with accurate information.
- Follow up with patients regarding future appointments and address any concerns regarding treatments.
Patient Care:
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Reduce complaints and support the Clinical Services Manager in addressing any issues.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work alongside the marketing team to create engaging content for social media.
- Assist in developing promotional offers, packages, and newsletters.
- Collect testimonials and case studies as required.
- Participate in open events to promote services.
Additional duties may be assigned by the management team as necessary.
Contractual Information:
Hours: Between 20 and 37.5 hours per week.
